Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE. 

Delivery Schedule Iconic U endeavour to fulfill UK orders within 5 working days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

Back Orders All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

Dr Martens are a well known brand, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check at a store.

Returns Policy If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them within 10 days of the date the item was delivered for a product refund or exchange as long as the goods are complete with all original packaging, tags and receipts, in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable.

However, return postage is payable by the customer (unless Iconic U error). When returning any goods, proof of return postage must be obtained. Failure to do so could result in the loss of items, which Iconic U cannot be held responsible for.

Returns Procedure It is important that you follow the steps below to enable us to process your order efficiently:

a. Ensure that you contact us by email (returns@iconicu.co.uk) to receive your Returns Form & Reference number. This proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 10 days of the date the item was delivered.

b. Fill out the Returns Form and include your order number.

c. In the case of fault or error, please provide a full description with your reason for return in the space provided.

d. Place your completed Returns Form with the returning product in the footwear box.

e. Wrap the item(s) securely in its original or alternative suitable packaging with all tags, receipts (or copies) and Returns Note. (Do Not apply tape directly to the branded packaging/box.)

f. We strongly recommend you use a Recorded or Traceable Delivery Service to return your securely wrapped and packaged items back to us. Iconic U cannot be responsible for goods that have not reached us because your chosen carriers have failed to deliver the goods back to us safely.
